How to Delete Your Account in the App

The fastest way to delete your The Bookings Suite account and associated personal information is directly through the mobile app.

1. Open the The Bookings Suite app.
2. Go to your Profile or Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the information provided about account deletion.
5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

How to Delete Your Account (Via Web) If you no longer have access to the booking app, you can request a manual account and data deletion by contacting our support team:

• Send an email to  support@thebookingsuiteapp.com from the email address associated with your Booking account.
• Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
• Our support team will verify your request and completely purge your account data and personal information within 30 days.

What Happens to Your Data

• Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and profile identifiers are permanently scrubbed from our active directories.
• Authentication: All Single Sign-On (SSO) tokens (Apple/Google) are instantly revoked.
• Redemption History: To maintain the accounting integrity of our merchant partners, your historical deal redemptions and spatial pings are permanently detached from your identity and retained strictly in an anonymized, unlinked state.
